Terms and Conditions

The present Sales Terms and Conditions (T&C) are concluded between, on the one hand, ROSHANARA SARL - 65 RUE BERTHIER, 78000 VERSAILLES (named ROSHANARA) registered at the RCS of Versailles under the number 428894943 and, on the other hand, the Internet user, (named "The Customer" ) who wants to make a purchase on the ROSHANARA company website whose address is https://www.roshanara.com (named the Website)

The present T&C govern the sale of all products put on sale by ROSHANARA on the Website. The parties agree that their relationship will be exclusively governed by this contract, to the exclusion of any other condition. The products are only offered for sale to non-trading individuals. They are concluded intuit personae and therefore cannot be the subject of any transfer.

The Customer declares:

  • that she (he) has the capacity to conclude the present contract, i.e. to be of legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship,
  • that she (he) will not purchase ROSHANARA products for resale of any kind.

Any order duly validated on the Website implies total and unreserved adherence to the T&C. As these may be subject to modification, the applicable T&C are those posted on the Website on the date the order is placed by the Customer.

Article 1. OBJECT

The present T&C aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties as well as ordering process for the products on sale on the Website. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of the order between the contracting parties.


The products offered for sale by ROSHANARA are those appearing on the Website at the time the Customer consults the site.

The products are offered for sale within the limit of available stock.

The information provided in the product descriptions provide the essential characteristics of the products: color, description, composition, care & composition, size. However, if there may be errors or omissions, the responsibility of ROSHANARA cannot be committed.

The photographs illustrating the products in support of the descriptions are not contractually binding.


Products are proposed for sale within the limit of available stock. ROSHANARA undertakes to notify by e-mail any customer who has placed an order for an unavailable item. In case of debit, the customer will be refunded within 48hrs via the PayPal account (Article7).


The prices indicated are in euros. They are net prices and include French VAT applicable at the rate of order date. If the VAT rate were to be modified, it would be automatically reflected in the price of the products. ROSHANARA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates posted online at the time the order was placed.

Prices do not include:

- Contribution to shipping and handling costs. The amount is indicated on the order before it’s validation by the Customer and on out T&C article 8.

- Customs Clearance and other taxes that must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

- Additional costs related to possible foreign currency conversion costs.

Article 5. ORDERS

Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes express acceptance of the prices posted and the descriptions of the products available for sale. In addition, the Customer declares that he has read the T&C before placing his order. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the T&C.

The validation of the order and its payment constitutes a definitive confirmation of the order, which ROSHANARA will confirm with an email containing all the information regarding the order.

Article 6. PAYMENTS

Payment is be made by credit card during the validation of the order. In order to ensure the security of payments, the Website uses the secure payment services of PayPal. PayPal, is a simple, fast, secure and free payment method. PayPal allows you to pay by credit card securely. You do not transmit your financial details to ROSHANARA, who only sees your email address. You only communicate your financial details to PayPal, which protects them thanks to the best anti-fraud technologies in the market.

Financial and personal information is automatically encrypted when sending any sensitive information to the PAYPAL servers. For more information on the security of transactions between PAYPAL and the Customer's bank, the Customer should contact PayPal directly.

If a product has been returned, the refund will be made in the form of a reimbursement to the PayPal account that was initially used by the Customer to pay for the original order.

Signature and proof

For all payments on the Website via PayPal, the electronic certificate issued by the PayPal electronic payment administrator will be deemed proof of the amount paid and the transaction date, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the French Civil Code. In all cases, the validation of the order constitutes signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the Website.

Article 7. SHIPPING

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customers when placing the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the additional information required for the expedient delivery of the order (access code, building name, floor, apartment number, etc.

In case of an error in the address, ROSHANARA cannot be led responsible for the carriers’ inability to deliver the order. If the order is returned to ROSHANARA and has to go out for a second delivery, the Customer will have to pay the extra charges.

The order will be considered as delivered once it has been made available to the customer. The electronic control system used by the carrier will be serve as proof of delivery.

Shipping charges and delivery times

Orders are processed and prepared within 2 working days (except during week-ends, holidays).

They are then handed over to the carrier for delivery. We work with Colissimo of the French Postal Service and TNT Express.

A contribution to the shipping costs is charged to the Customer and the amount is indicated on the order before validation by the Customer

A contribution to shipping costs is invoiced to the Customer and the amount is indicated on the summary of the order.


  • Standard delivery: 8.90€ - Delivery in approx. 3 to 5 working days
  • Express/next working day delivery: 12

Orders must be received before noon for a next day delivery (excluding week-ends and Holidays). After 1pm, delivery will take 48hrs

We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping charges which are based on weight and dimensions of the box.

Please note that any import duties that may arise are not included in our prices and are to be paid by the customer. Please note that some house items cannot be sent internationally as they may be damaged.

ROSHANARA declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers. In these cases, the Customer must take the appropriate steps directly with the carrier.

Reception of the parcel

Upon delivery of the order, the customer must carefully check the contents and condition of the package and make any reservations to the carrier in case the parcel has been damaged or opened and if any articles are missing.

Any claim for non-conformity of the order or of missing pieces must be transmitted to ROSHANARA within 48hrs of receipt of the order. Either log on to the site or send us an email at roshanara@roshanara.com.

Possible delays in delivery do not give the customer the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. ROSHANARA declines all responsibilities in case of loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carrier. In these cases, the Customer must take the appropriate steps directly with the carrier.


If the Customer is not entirely satisfied with the product(s) ordered, they have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the order, in conformity to Article L 121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday a public holiday or a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

The Customer must complete the return slip provided in the parcel; indicating the product(s) that they wish to return and if they want a reimbursement or an exchange.

The products must be returned in their original packing, the swing tag attached to the product and in perfect condition. ROSHANARA will not accept the return of products that have been worn, soiled, damaged, scratched, stained or washed. In such cases, the product(s) will be returned to the Customer at their cost.

In the case of a return, accepted by ROSHANARA, the Customer will be reimbursed within a maximum time period of 14 days upon receipt of the returned product(s).

In case of an exchange, the exchange product (s) will be shipped out 24hrs after payment of the balance if applicable along with the shipping charges.


All elements of the Website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of ROSHANARA


As part of the registration process, the User and or Client agrees to provide data that is true, accurate, current, complete and factual in all respects. By opening an account on the Website, the user and/or Client allows ROSHANARA to collect and process their Personal Data, including their IP address(es). The collection and processing of this information allows ROSHANARA to process, fulfill and ship the Client’s order(s).

The personal data collected on the Website from the Client when placing an order are required to manage the transaction and, for this purpose may be communicated, in whole or in part, to ROSHANARA service providers involved in the processing of orders, such as the logistics company and the shippers.

It will not be commercially transmitted to any other third parties in any circumstance whatsoever.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 of the European Parliament and Council, the Client has the right at any time to access, rectify, modify, limit and delete their Personal Data.

The privacy policy, which the Client accepts actively and without reservation when registering a Personal Account, governs the Personal Data communicated by the Client.


These T&C are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Client and ROSHANARA may resort to conventional mediation or to alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration. The Client may contact the dispute resolution platform put online by the European Commission at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

If an amicable agreement has failed, any dispute relating to the execution or termination of a sale, the interpretation, execution or termination of these T&C is falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Versailles.
